Coach Reese and Coach Abbey would like to thank everyone who helped out with the Whittenburg relays yesterday. We could not have done it without the support of the community and hard work and dedication the students put into it. We appreciate all who were there!

High School Biology was at it again! This time dissecting cow eyes!






On Wednesday, 1st-5th graders who completed the 40 book challenge celebrated by going to see the Super Mario Brothers movie and had lunch at Potters pizza in Abilene, TX. We are very proud of their accomplishments and the hard work they have shown this year!

The Winters Independent School District and WHS Alumni Association established the "Winters High School Distinguished Alumnus Award" in 2013 to recognize former graduates who have accomplished extraordinary achievements in their life's work. They must have graduated at least 10 years prior to year in which nominated, should have been a leader in his/her field or made a significant contribution, and/or brought exceptional distinction to the individual or their community.
Nominees must be of good character and have earned a high level of respect within their community.
Requirements include the verifiable documentation of accomplishments and completed application form returned to the address listed below:

Our Elementary Art students worked really hard on their Easter portraits...it took longer than expected to cross the finish line, but better late than never! We are so proud of their talent and creativity.
